I just thought I should ask before I try this - I'm going to create a game like whack-a-mole with an NS theme using shockwave and 3DS Max 6 (or plasma).
I thought I should probably ask in advance whether anyone has any objections to me using the skulk model, etc, which I got using a program called Deep Exploration?

    Might as well PM Flayra, he is the head of the NS dev team so of course lots of questions will most likely be handed to him (which isn't a pleasant experience BTW)

    If you have no idea, you'll have to PM him, but lately he's been busy PTing 2.1 so it'll be a bit hard to contact him :/

    Yeh, 2.1 is the reason I decided not to PM him.

    The only major modeller I see is Beaner, you might want to try PMing him, or emailing him <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    EDIT : There are more modellers so you might have to contact them as well :/

    For anything pertaining to the use of NS materials, which includes all art assets, you should ask Flayra directly.
