Ive Got A Virus. Help. Now! Please!

<div class="IPBDescription">Lorena.exe</div> Okay guys I got a virus, dunno how, its the lorena.exe, last night I killed all its files and its registry add ons (as norton site said todo) but now if I open up norton my computer reboots suddenly. I dunno whats wrong but please help (not like I ever used Norton)

    Maybe had you used norton in the first place you wouldn't have gotten it.. cough... um... 100% sure way to delete a virus is to reformat.

    I did use norton, it detercted it in the first place, my friend helped me get ridda it, there ARE NO traces of a virus but its like nortons all crappy now... I dunno. Help please

    Make sure that when you try to clean up using either norton or housecall's method be sure you are in Safe Mode...

    Hmm just did a full system scan with norton, came back nadda. Seems the virus was able to delete my Email Checker on Norton. Big whoop. I only get emials fromf riends anyhow

    did, its clean. hmm guess I got the virus after it deleted my email protection, oh well im clean now. happy huntin fo' me!

    some virii replicate themselves through someone's address book. if your friend gets one and it does that, you might be in trouble
