    yes, you need hlmv and mspaint.
    open the model in hlmv and export the marine_final.bmp
    then open you ns soldier.mdl and export the marine_final.bmp
    resize the marine_final.bmp to match the size of the marine_final.bmp used in this model, then save it and import via hlmv. was the first thing i did after downloading <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
    that should work, im almost 100% sure, need to try it ingame though

    well...i tried that, but i noticed there's another layer of skin on the model due to the e&c model being used....so i converted them to black and set the additive flag on. now my commie is headless.. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

    strange...maybe its the force field mdl or you messed with the head textures.
    i replaced ONLY the marine-final.bmp and got this:

    The animation for where the comm taps on the keys and draws on the pad is broken...he just taps the keyboard on his right repeatedly :/

    Uhh no powerline if you want transparent stuff to work INGAME you need Trans .dlls, Just extract them to your half-life or counter-strike directory(If you have retail) and if you have steam you don't need the .dlls

    Haha just kiddin. You can get the file <a href='http://t2k.neotech.cc/ns/tuts/tools/tools.shtml' target='_blank'>here</a>. Then just put the .dlls into your Half-Life directory and voila.
