Ok, so have you got a bug or are you just complaining that marines are getting res?
5 minutes to get 100 res is fine... if you're not spending too much this is normal. Actually you should have alot more than 100 in 5 mins if you don't spend and kill the odd alien.
The res flow has not changed since 2.0 afaik.
If you want to respond with an exact description of a *problem* then do so, otherwise I'm going to lock this thread as a waste of my time.
