<div class="IPBDescription">WHY?</div> Why are all the NS servers insecure? Don't they authenticate and go secure by downloading the security module? Is there a fix now or on the way? Any information would be great! Does anyone else have this problem on Linux running x.1.1.1d and NS 2.0 with patch...

    NS 2.0 still is not a VAC-enabled mod. Flayra is working with Valve on VAC issues with NS. They simply ran out of time before VAC could be implemented in the 2.0 release.

    In the time being if you are worried of h4x0rZ on t3h syst4m, use either Cheating Death or HLGuard.

    Just use Cheating Death. HLguard alone do not stop cheats.

    Use both. CD and HLG, one will do things the other dosnt.

    I run a gaming cafe and don't want to install client side stufff on 30 computers plus all the updates that come out. HEADACHE!!!

    Why would people cheat in a gaming cafe?
    Would they log on to a cheating site download a hook and install it, then play.
    Just seems kinda wierd.

    But they should have "fun" at unsecure servers where everyone cheats? LOL

    Ok - they could play LAN only.
