Reading the topics I had no idea which forum this should go in so I'm sticking it here in General.
This is NOT a clan recruitment. I am looking for an already established NS clan with a decent amount of active members to co-run our team's server. It's a 24/7 server I set up for my team, but we're just not big enough to have people playing on it all the time and thus it sits dormant. Server info is in my sig. Cost to the clan chosen is free. I built this server with spare parts and run it off an existing dedicated and unrestricted XO T1 line I have access to. You can check out the server info in my sig. Top members of the chosen clan will get admin priveledges as well as an optional authicon. Your clan's name will also be added to the server name (ex. .21L./-RaGE-).
Post information about your clan below, such as your website, how long it's been active, number of ACTIVE members.

The clan has 8 or 10 active members (and looking for more), we've been around for 3 or 4 months I believe. I've set up a small webpage, the link's in my sig.

We are partially hosted by ns.nl and some of us are admin on the server
We do not abuse our right at all and play a lot (read: too much)
Why us? We can fill the server most of the time and our allies aswell
We do not **** up servers with stupid rules and kicks/bans.
And we really need a server bcuz the ns.nl servers are used a lot for ns.nl clanwars.
But if there is a clan that is in real desperate need of a server u could better choose them.

The clan has been around for over a year. We have 18 members (We have both CS and NS divisions, 11 players play NS daily). The leaders are in their 20's (college students and software guys). We are currently on a recruiting kick and hope to expand a bit; probably to ~15 NS members. Our members are US and Canadian, mostly east coast and a few are west/central.
Right now two of our members host small NS servers from home, but neither are on 24/7 or good enough for clan matches. We manage to keep them full and rockin' though, and my server has a few good regular players. We can offer you good admin and troubleshooting skills.
We are on the OGL NS ladder and expect to sign up for CAL once version 1.1 comes out.

XYY has 10 active members (all on the West Coast) and we are currently recruiting more. We hope to have about 16 members eventually. Our website is <a href='http://xyy.1337krew.org' target='_blank'>xyy.1337krew.org</a>. We have an "about" section which explains the clan name and our basic attitude very well.
We're active in CAL-NS and would love to use the server for scrimmages and matches, if that's possible.
I think the single biggest reason our clan would make good co-hosts is that we're good at bringing a fun atmosphere to a server. XYY isn't overly serious and everyone in the clan has a great sense of humor.

The server is on a t1 in San Jose, CA. I don't know what much more I can tell you. I'm lead of 21L, but the server is Kine's property - so the decision will be up to him.

No. Being a clan server it could be used for clan practices/matches every now and then. The head member of the clan will be given a high enough level adminmod access to start up things like that on his own. All I would require is that someone in the clan tell me when it was gonna happen (post in the 21L forums or email me) and what the password is gonna be, in case I have to hop in for whatever reason. It would work a lot like the KIR server does now. Open to the public 95% of the time, but every now and then KIR closes it off for matches and practices.
