scanner room suddenly stopped showing fragments

Hello, so I was scanning for fragments. There was a lot of them on my HUD. While I was searching for them the cirlcles suddenly started to disappear. I went back to scanner room and it was still scanning but the map was empty! Turning it off and on again does not seem to fix the problem.

If you scanned a fragment, and it was the last one you needed to complete the blueprint, further duplicates of that fragment won't show up on the scanner anymore.
