Stasis Rifle now gone?

I found stasis rifle fragments and unlocked the blueprint, but it doesn't appear in the fabricator. Has it been cut? If so, then the fragments need to be removed as well. If not, the fabricator needs to be fixed.
Personally I wish they would keep it; I liked it in Subnautica.
