  I'm sorry you keep running into this bug, but thank you for sharing it with us. Which portal are you using when this happens? We've heard of some users having this issue, we are currently testing an improvement to the world streaming that might fix this. I'll make sure to mention it to Panic Button so that their QA can add using the warps to their test.

  Fell under the gun after teleporting form themal plant now I cant get out but dont wanna load last save

  I save so frequently incase of this sort of thing .... everytime i arrive where i intend and b4 i head bck to my base etc !!!

  i just had that on my hardcore play through. was one of the 2 warps on the right side of the sea emperor base. went through and back and fell into nothingness. and i had just evaded the sea dragon before my last save. luckely you can hard quit the game. and luckely i evaded the dragon again. This was on windows 10 btw
