Item selection problem in latest Stable build

I've found that I often have to click on something more than once in order to select it. This goes for items in my inventory or on menus like the fabricator. Even the main menu does this when I'm trying to click Play or to delete a saved game.
I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game completely to try to get around this, and started a new game, but it's still happening. It doesn't do this in Experimental (but that's frustrating because of the resource spawning problems).
Anybody else seeing this?
