Secret / unused item (?)

So, once I was using cheats to get the reinforced dive suit, and I accidentally typed "item divesuit".
And what happened? I got an equipable, untextured item that even had a description.
When I equipped it, it has not changed my look, nor anything.
Try it yourself.
Any suggestions?

Type anything you want and you get "magic items"

This is because pretty much every single thing in the game has an item form even if you aren't supposed to pick it up. I have done this in the past multiple times as shown in these images
