Can anyone help with this error? I'm getting the same error on my XB1. A couple weeks ago, I finished Subnautica on my XB1S, in Survival mode. The following weekend, i traded in my XB1S for a new XB1X. Fresh install of all of my games, including Subnautica. Now when I try to open my save file, which is stored in the cloud, i get the unable to sync your data 8083201c error. I did follow some steps from other threads here, like clearing the local save file copy on my XB1X, but I still cannot download my saved game from the cloud. Can anyone help?
I'm getting the same thing. The game just will not sync. I thought it was something I was doing wrong as I've just upgraded to XB1X. It gets to 99% and fails. Can this be sorted asap as it seems like a major problem.
