For XB1, not that I know of. For Subnautica, check the epic trello thread. However, I tend to think no news is good news, as the longer they take to field an update, the more likely they'll have figured out how to squash more of the bugs.
We're likely submitting to MS tomorrow for the next (big) Xbox update. It will be a combo of 'Precursor' & 'Castles & Coffee'. We're hopeful it will pass MS certification soon after.

Why do you need to pass this whole MS certification stuff?

I'd start over, as there's no way to manually clear cache etc on XB1, and you wouldn't want there to be lingering issues in the save that you wouldn't know were caused by the save and not the game itself.
We managed to get the Patch into Certification a day early, and it passed early as well! (Which is nice). We're going to do a final round of in-house testing on the certified build (for sanity checks) but if all does well, should be within days. Thanks for your patience everyone!

So I assume they are going to try and update both PC and XB1, but no guarantees.
