Better vanilla crosshair and better crosshair support within the options.

The default crosshair is not good. Not only does it clutter the screen, it also doesn't contain melee crosshairs. Rookies are disadvantaged because of this.
You should implement better cross hairs from within the options menu. Add some options. The default should be a dot or a cross. The current vanilla crosshair can remain as classic, so that nobody complains. Add a "get more cross hairs" button that opens the workshop.
