Make props visibility relate to camera position for commander

At the moment I am pretty often comm because so many rookies. And especially for marine comm dropping things like med and ammo doesn't work very well sometimes because it gets stuck on props. So the idea is: Make it possible for a prop to only be visible when it is in a certain angle to the commander point of view.

Or just fix the issues with the commander view in maps.

Yea but... In the end the commander view would not show any props or walls because most of them if not all can effect the commander negatively.
