Underwater Ruins (ancient and futuristic)

Is there going to be any types of ruins to explore?
It would be cool to swim through like sunken Atlantis type ruins and find trophies and artifacts to collect.
But also I think it would be very atmospheric to find some kind of futuristic underwater base that has been overgrown with moss and barnacles. You'd have to power up the doors to get in, perhaps repair some power generators.
