We had some one else with this issue, fixed by updating their video card drivers. Can you give that a try and report back.

It's not the game.. lol. It's the card.. 5470 are rubbish. buy something decent there's plenty cheap fully dx11 cards available now. Or you're using a laptop.. in which case.. new lappy or don't play. It's not the game at fault. Oh and as for drivers, always get the AMD Radeon fully supported drivers, not beta drivers. Latest version.

In some circumstances, people with high end (cutting edge cards) have a similar issue, they need to use older drivers to get them to work.

But you need a new card/lappy or pc. Not drivers.

HD5470 release in 2010, it's a dx11 supporting card for notebooks/laps. Unfortunately, a supporting card and a card that actually runs dx11 are two different things.

If you're running the more expensive ddr5 version, and in minimum graphics are getting these artifacts, try updating drivers. If using cheaper and more likely ddr3.. I'd throw the notebook in the bin.

you can also try using DirectX 9 instead of 11 and it may sort things out. Instructions are here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/264710/discussions/3/618456760257528570/
