[bug] Pipes not connecting [15170]

Hey guys,
I don't know if this has already been discussed, but i am having some troubles with pipes.
Indeed, i am building a nice pipes network and i've just saved my game and reloaded it.
Now that i want to continue my work, it seems impossible to connect the pipes with eachother. (there is no green trail) (1)
I've tried different angles, but everytime i try to place a new pipe, it just places itself near the previous ones. (2)
Reloading the game again doesn't change anything.

The version of the game is 15170.
