Power recharge important bug

So here it is, the most annoying bug that i found, it ruins economy sense of cyclops:

Description:

-Power recharges and restores power cells every time after loading a survival game save, so there is no need to replace power cells.
-Happens only to pod n' cyclops, not seamoth.

Repo:

1) Deplete some of the energy on cyclops or esc. pod
2)save game
3)load game
4)check power percentage
5)if it displays 100% you reproduced a bug, congratulations! ;)

    I have the same thing happen. Pretty sure they know. I'm looking forward to them fixing this. It'll make survival actually survival. I would like to see the Cyclops drain rate to be cut in half or even a third. That thing sucks power.

    I've seen this too, although I agree with Bat, the Cyclops sucks power at a tremendous rate. (Perhaps adding in a scaling power consumption ratio so when it'd just sitting idle it uses hardly any power at all, and only drains when piloted or using the fabricator/analyzer?

    It would also be nice to be able to set up a tidal generator somewhere to slowly recharge batteries/power cells with since disposable batteries feel somewhat wasteful and archaic. (Making the tidal generator a base piece would be ideal.)
