Second bind or... a full list of player commands

Hello again, please tell me if someone know, what i can get the full list of player commands to write self-made configs?

I like jumping with Mouse-wheel Up. I set this in the main menu.
But in lerk i must holding the key. I can't holding the mousewheel.
I want to 'BIND SPACE +JUMP", but +jump is not a command.

Please do something with this!
Now i use the logitech mouse and Lua script for mouse4, i hold mouse4 and fast-jump is active.

ok, i can't do configs now, but i can use "BIND" command to binding jump.
What the command for bind these?

You can't bind jump to anything except in the options menu

If you are serious about the mouse, you've most certainly got some magic going on for commander controls anyways.
