Bloody hell, how do things like this even allowed to become 'commercial' like this. I hope phones/tablets running on android OS get an update to make this 'app', or what ever you want to call it, unable to work on their devices and also block apps that have in fact integrated this into theres. This is beyond ridiculous and is highly unaccepted in this day and age.
It's really very old news. Botnets consisting of thousands of infected home and office computers controlled by IRC channels have been on sale on the black market for years.
