Is there a way to make a server 'factory new/default' again?

I'm having a problem with my server saying, "there are too many players on this team" when I turn off auto team balance. The server just won't recognize it. I want to start all of my configs from scratch again. Is there a way to completely erase the server so it is like new again?

    Just delete ServerConfig and it will be autogenerated. :)

    Nope the server.cfg and config.vdf won't be regenerated by default. Don't delete them. All other files in the config folder can in fact be deleted without a second thought.

    You may just ask your hoster to reset your server. Most hoster out there have already a reset button in their webui.
