Server Admins?

Hello. I am an old NS1 player who really enjoyed this game and loved it so much. But I some bad behaviors back then as well as NOW ruin this game for me. I have recently bought this game and was enjoying it.
I would just like to ask about a something what happened the today on UWE servers. We played it all nicely and to be honest I think marines put up a good fight. The rounds lasted about 30-1h. It was pretty balanced I guess. Then commander decides to leave or thinks we are losing. Another player who just joined starts commanding sells out all our equipment and all marines die. We are only 3 marines left out and commander which makes us only one thing possible to do. DIE and lose a fight. Later the same guy (who by the voice sounded young 15-18 years old) starts commanding in one of the next rounds. I have seen this same behavior on other servers too. And it was not tolerated or accepted. My question is what are ADMINS on UWE servers doing and why not temp ban or at least kick players who do such things? And where are UWE admins? DO they ever even monitor servers? Thanks for your answer in advance.
