Performance Column actually do anything?

Does the performance column actually work? Looking through the public servers in AU, the games.on.net ones are all at 20 slots and are always sub 15 ticks after the 5 minute mark. Yet always show 100% performance in the column.

How does this column work?

    It only gathers the current performance (e.g. tickrate/30 as a percentage). So if at the time you refresh the server list, that servers tickrate just happens to be at 30 then its 100% even if the moment before or after is at a lower level. It really should be a moving average instead.

    As long the currently most played NS2 server is looking like this, who cares about the performance collumn. And people play several hrs on that server.
