Web admin causing massive lag

Hi,

Recently web admin started causing massive lag, server is like freezing for 5-10 seconds every time we log on web admin or refresh the page.
I monitored the thread in task manager, it is using a few CPU % but when logging on web admin/refreshing the CPU usage is null for few seconds then spikes again when server responds again.

I am confused as I even wiped the whole server to re create it from scratch but issue persists.

Any idea?

Just to pitch in on my experience, I have not noticed this issue on my server. I frequently use the web admin interface, but have not seen any drops in performance that correlate with this.
