Help, Trying To Turn Cs Models Into Ns

OK, i got a shotgun, pistol, knife, assualt rifle, and machine gun, now, whenever i try to make them into NS models, to replace some weapons, the following things are

1. they appear in the left hand
2. whenever i shoot, it always brings it up to reload position
3, when i reload, it brings it down to regular postion, and someone just puts the bullets in

see, i dont know wich files need to overwrite the ones in ns, so i just rename all the v's and p' and w's with the symbols of the guns, and put them in..

    correct me if i not right..

    decompile..
    rename animations in the qc file..
    recompile..
    testing if it work in halflife.. damn something is terribly messed up..
    check back for the error.. cant find the error..
    damn..first can of coffe is empty..need more coffee
    decompiling the original model again..

    damn.. ive decompiled with milkshape..and i have no ns animations..
    aarrhh.. my last cigarettes.. ok..anyway.. test the model in ns
    aarrhh... the left hand ..wheres the left hand... the hand pops trough the weapon
    reinstall ns..so you have the original model back..cause you overwrited the original one
    with the messed up one..
    STOPU! dont decompile with milkshape.. aarrhh.. has given me whorst results..
    downloading the decompiler.. decompiling..blabla
    compiling ... whohoo cool ive done it..!
    testing the weapon in ns..
    DOH! **obscenity** ! thats not my ubercool gun i wanted...thats the halflife crowbar.!!.
