Just wondering if anyone has an idea if server requirements have improved much since those big performance patches. Are we still looking at a 4.5ghz for a 24 player server?

Just a quick note, before NS2 I hadn't run a server before with windows on - when I first installed the server tickrate was awful, I downloaded cpu-z and watched the cpu jumping up and down between 1.8ghz and 3.1 ghz which was obviously causing the problem. After going to power settings and changing the profile to maximum power, the cpu now runs and a constant 3.6ghz.
