Map Annotations

<div class="IPBDescription">Finding and reporting map bugs via console</div>I remember reading about an annotations command in the console to helps the devs and mappers find problems in the map. I believe it was supposed to record a description on the problem, and the players location when reporting the annotation so mappers/devs could find it easily. Could someone shed some light on how to do this? I would like to indicate where I have found a few map glitches like missing textures (in some corners of the new server room on NS_Tram) and other things (like falling through the map at the vent entrance in Maintenance Access on NS_Summit).
