Cant move forward/backward

in NS2 General Discussion
Hello there,

installed NS2 today and tried to move backward in ready room. i moved forward insted.
remapped the keys to wasd, now i cant move forward and backward
he doesnt move, i can only strafe left or right.

can someone help me with this please?

    try to bind your forward/backward to any other keys (maybe i,k), then restart the game. Then rebind it to wasd and restart the game again.

    Use the standart button in the configs restart the game and it should work.

    If not do what Wulf said.

    If that doesn't help, don't allow the Game to save to Config with Steam and check the integrity of the Game via Steam. When done start the Game and bind the Keys you want.

    If that also not worked switch the USB port from the Keyboard .

    this. It's a common bug that some directionkeys don't work if you just (re)installed the game.
    Just restart it ant it will work fine.

    strange, this worked. but i tried it before and there it did nothing.
    now i can move, thanks to all who answered in this thread!
