How do I get Natural Selection 2?

Sorry to be a bother, but I need some help. I've recently been wanting to get playing this game and I'm not too sure how. When I go to pay for the game it asks for my PayPal account information, but there has been no requirement to log on, or give any address details when ordering the game. Could somebody just quickly go through how I get the game.

    When you order your game, you will recieve your CD key, that key you use on your steam client, and pop! you have the option to DL NS2
