Add developer/mod icons next to thread titles.

Too often I find answers from the dev team or moderators buried somewhere in 7-page threads which were interesting to hear but hard to find.

In my opinion, this forum is not very well arranged when it comes to filtering out normal posts (which, to be honest are 90% speculations from users about NS2) from actually official statements. I'd like to see more focus on finding these posts easier.

So my suggestion: Add an icon (UWE, dev icon, what ever) next to threads where mods or uwe staff answered to quickly locate official answers, just like other big forums (Bliz, S2)

Also: I miss FAQ topics regarding the alpha. Right now alot of answers refering to the alpha (maybe some people had the same question) just disappear in the swap of threads being made because you cannot read every thread, obviously.

So overall I think this forum kind of lacks seperation between normal posts and official text/media, it needs to highlight the devs role in this forum a bit better.

In other news: Sorry for my engrish.

They could also add a thing that tracks posts by devs/playtesters/whatever, similar to the dev tracker on http://aionsource.com/

It's something we want to do, but won't happen for a bit, sorry.

Tracking dev posts isn't difficult, we just have to look at their profiles (e.g. Flayra) and click on "Post". The list is kind of limited though; perhaps someone could periodically check for new posts and list them in a thread? I'd be up for it, I'd just need some tips on how to format the whole thing.

    Just use this http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/wiki/inde..._of_Information
or Forum search, or their profiles ... it's only a couple of clicks and some seconds, the real problem is that people expect to get everything handmade and delivered to them.

I know a lot of other games forums in which the developers don't even post, they have their lackeys to do that and even they don't post very much, even if that is their only thing to do.

I'm very happy with the way it's now :)

You might wanna add a button to the Threads that there is a Dev's respond in it and you can click it to jump there, that way it's easier to find an answer to a certain thread that seems interesting, without digging through all of it.
