I just listened to the Podcast 17 and there is something that came up which is far too important to ignore.

We really, really, *really* want Gorge Plushies.

Here are some links to companies that make plush figures. If you get this going I will personally buy 1 for you. Or, let me purchase the rights to sell gorge plush on your behalf. I'll split profits 50/50 with UW.

    Only if they are good quality though. Beanie Babie quality comes to mind.

    I like the "flimsy" Beanie Babie type of plushy, or the soft carnival kind. Not the kind where you fill it so full of stuffing it is rock hard. Like when someone tried to make a build-a-bear for the first time(its just too stuffed).

    It wasn't just getting a company to make the plushies, thats the easy part. Charlie wanted a company that would do the fulfillment too.. Take transaction, package and send the plushie, forward profit to U.W.E. They want as little to do with it as possible, they have there hands full as it is :)

    Yes, exactly. Getting plushies made is not so hard, but we don't want to be spending hours at the post office every day to package and send gorge plushies all over the world. Currently the same issue with T-shirts, and any other merchandise.

    love to get a set of aliens and marines (both male and female), Maybe some limited/special edition plushies for marines (black armor)..

    I love to see em, or some kind of merchandise from UWE.

    But you can find a company with percentages of sales. Also toys would be fine., think there is a hive, gorge, fade toys in a set. May be small tactical game playable with dices.

    You will just find companies and wait results of sales.

    Honestly, if this is the problem then UWE ought to consider creating a full or part-time position to handle merchandising. I'm sure you guys could make some extra money off stuff like plushies and t-shirts, it would also be added exposure and advertising. The position should more than pay for itself. $0.02
