Are the keys delivered manually?

Hey, im about to preorder the special edition, But my internet hasn't been working right and thus emails take a while to be received, but im wondering if the keys are sent instantly to the email address or if they are manually sent from UWE. Thanks for reading.

EDIT: I sent an email several hours ago showing an email address that they could resend the key to my alternate email as my current email isn't working and isn't receiving mail from anyone. I supplied evidence that showed that i bought it. I'm now afraid that I'm not going to get the key tonight. Does anyone know if i will get it before the timer reaches 00:00:00?

    It's an automated system. Further more, email is stored at a server somewhere on the big internet. Where depends on exactly who your email provider is. Thus, receiving an email has nothing to do with your actual computer or connection - those are only involved when your email is displayed to you on your screen.

    Theres a option to resend the key, just go the faq section of buying (i believe).
    If that doesn't work, send an email to Unknownworlds.

    ya it might not be doing it automatically right now since they are busy upgrading people which involves playing with the database by hand

    I've already added mine to steam (before update), will this affect it?

    1000 virgins delivered my key to my door. it was in a pizza box. and there was a pizza in the box. UWE are awesome best 40 dolla i ever spent.

    I resent the key 2 times and i haven't got it. Its not UWE fault though, My email is officailly screwed but is there by any chance i can have it resent to an alternate email like my hotmail one?

    Fire an email off to store@unknownworlds.com with any pruchase info you have. Just so you know, we are getting swamped so reply time may be delayed.
