A question about how to apply custom sprays in NS

<div class="IPBDescription">Please help</div>I know there is a option in regular games such as Fortress Forever and the HL1 and HL2 multiplayer games where you can use custom sprays in game by going to options and such. But it doesn't give you the option to use a custom spray in NS and I don't know if that's the same in NS2. In anycase, how does 1 go about adding a custom spray to NS?
I know it sounds n00bish, but I had forgotten how to apply custom sprays to NS. Ty in advance.
