Willing to Fill a Position

I have been buzzing around this site in anticipation for NS2, and for a while the Senior Artist position has been seemingly available on the job listings. I am capable of filling this position! I use 3DS Max to render AO maps and normals, as well as the rest in Adobe Photoshop. Preferrably, my profession is a texture artist but I also have digital painting, modelling, and animation skills. I'm still attending school and I'm down to the last few months of it. I'm still fashioning a website and a good portfolio that shows more of what I do rather then the homework I did for class.

If the listing isn't up to date or you need extra talent, let me know. Only thing is that I need to still attend school, and working over the internet isn't a problem for me at all.

Here's a sample. My latest work, which is a replacement for the MP5 in HL1. Done in some free time using only Max and Photoshop.

no offense.. but assuming that is also an example of some of your best work, then I don't think you have the depth of proficiency that they require.

For Half-Life 1 that is a pretty good texture. But yeah...I would show something on a modern engine like Source.

Not bad at all, use less primitive shapes and make your textures look a little less gritty and it could show some promise. Doubt you'll get a spot though, i've seen some pretty talented people get turned down...

PM me if you get turned down, i have a project i'm working on that has some high expectations...
