Unusual display issue

Thanks in advance for your help.

This is a very annoying issue because it refuses to show up in screenshots.

Here is a general description:

During gameplay, it appears that there is a corrupt square of graphics centered directly over the crosshair sprite in the middle of the screen. The data from old frames isn't refreshed over.

When observing a match, this corrupt square centers on the cursor sprite.

I'm at my wits' end trying to figure this one out.

I'm using opengl mode with a 7800gtx with Windows XP service pack 3.

    I've solved the issue with an exhaustive round of troubleshooting. The problem was an interaction with an ATI remote control driver(atirw.exe). Ending the process fixed the issue.
