Had Idea for one section of my map be a Mechbay.

    The feet look ok, but the upper body looks a bit blocky. Overall I think you should shrink the whole mech.

    the high ceiling will probably be game breaking /edit - it looks cool though

    For HL1 brushwork it looks nice but I don't see how it will fit in to an NS map.

    Thanks for the suggestions all. I'm an old hand at hammer having created many custom interiors for my Tribes 2 maps.
    Who's to say the Frotiersman or some other olive drab clad dandy never created a giant walking tank in the innersphere...errr NS universe. Maybe even in NS2 the marines will have one of deez sweeties!
    <img src="http://img403.imageshack.us/img403/9907/avp21ij0.jpg" border="0" alt="IPB Image" />.....Sighhhh of course nuclear powered armor would have to be balanced on the Kharra side....Could be a Fade riding an Onos creating special combined abillities in a sorta perverse space monster rodeo...YEEEAAA HAAA ROARRRR WHIPPPISSSSShhh! Or if Onos eats heavy some of the digested armor seeps to the surface creating an amalgham of Onos and plasteell plating......
    Anyway here is my latest mechbay ingame screenie.

    pretty neat, very strange last post.
    I think you should get rid of the large red square at the head. Replace it with something
    that looks more like eyes and I think it will look much better.
    nice job on the rest of the body though.

    Its a nice looking mech, Also this is one of those humanoid (form) mechs isn't it, but even so I'd bend the legs a little bit at the knees.

    Myself, I always prefered the ED209 look of mechs. Way back (when I was bored), I also created a <a href="http://members.home.nl/m.borgman/ns-forum/bored/mech.jpg" target="_blank">mech</a> in hammer.
