Won't go into detail due to laziness, can't go into detail due to work, or morally can't, cos you'll make most of the forum goers commit suicide, due to the fact that your day was so awesome, they'll realise theirs was pathetic by comparison?

    Mine was ok.

I'm sorry, was that music video supposed to be serious in any way? Because honestly I could not stop from laughing every time I saw this 'Ice Cube' fellow. Not only was his appearance highly laughable, but I also found his automobile an utter joke.

No seriously, is this what people idolize now a days? I have nothing but the dearest condolences to America for the untimely demise of your culture and arts. May they rest in peace.

If by "nowadays" you mean "the year 2007", then no. Ice Cube released the song "It Was a Good Day" in the year 1992, making it about 15 years old.

In other news, that song isn't about idolatry, but about enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Are you unable to relate simply due to the medium? Or do you just not like tasty breakfasts and marijuana?

You weren't around for the early 90's I suppose? I wasn't really either, but I know how it was growing up around it.

I woke up sweating because of the weather. I didn't wake up early enough to hit the pool, but I'm just going tomorrow. Got a lot of Bass practice in, so that rules.

Actually, today is a good day for me, too, even though it just started. While I have orientation for work (ugh), it's paid obviously, and my good friend who has been gone for a few years is coming back. I'm quite enthused.

EDIT: Oh you mean yesterday for me? Because it's the 30th here.

My weekend sorta sucked. I went to a competition called "SkillsUSA", it has schools compete against each other in various activities, I was doing 3D Visualization/Animation. Basically, the competition turned out to be the biggest joke in the world. You were not judged based on your ability (aka: how well I could use 3dsmax) but on how well you could follow their retarded rules. Also, they made you supply your own computer, so a couple groups had huge powerful rigs allowing them to render nicer stuff within the same time period. It also didn't help that the whole competition was like a cult, the previous winners would wear these red jackets and were all complete jerks. Out of six teams, I finished last. Even though, aesthetically, my finished animation was like 10x better then other peoples. Not that Im bitter or anything

Yesterday I helped my brother bake a freaking cake, drove him to his friend's birthday party, played a bit of Revolt: The Decimation, modelled a bunch of stuff in Maya for Incoming: Source, and did a few hours of homework. I guess it was alright. I did it all like, a mile away from wherever you are though, so maybe some of your good-dayness rubbed off on me.

I was riding on a train for 12 of 48 hours during the weekend, and it was still sweet. Friday night was good and monday's not going to bad either, so I guess it's the best 72 consecutive hours in the last year or so (best 72 hours in the last 7 years if there were only 5 hours of train rides).

Maybe not "game just went gold!" good or "finished a model" good, but still good.

The weekend sucked, but Friday was awesome.

Friend bought GH2 for 360. I already had it for PS2, but getting achievements, having higher sound/song quality, and surround sound/hdtv, it was totally awesome.

Portal going gold on a Sunday = major dedication to work. I mean, this wouldn't even be crunch time, would it? Maybe he had a good day for a different reason.

For some reason, every time I walk around aimlessly in the general area of my apartment for an hour or so, I end up having a great day.
