but the magazine is insert from behind rather than from top(see the pic)
feed system....maybe like the Calico SMG? (dunno if the gun is wide enough for that though...)
a switch near the trigger can switch between shotgun and lmg
shotgun shells are inserted from the yellow/black part on left side
idea of that scope and panels/buttons on the side comes from OICW and the old GAMEBOY <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />
but I can't find a place for both shotgun and lmg's ejection port <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />
also I don't know if the barrels are too shot or not...(not so familiar with how a gun works :/ )

I really like the idea of a lmg/sg both using the same model but with a different color/switch setting or something...
SOMEONE MAKE A MORE SID-LIKE CONCEPT OF THIS (i.e. black and white, directly side-on) and I'll recolor it to match NS!
I just said that if someone can make it 100% side-on I'd color it to 100% match the general NS scheme.
I personally would rather that it stayed yellow and blue, BUT that's not the standard NS color scheme (blue/green/tan/grey)

I like it, except for the hazard stripes, they seem a bit out of place. I've always been a fan of the stubby guns like the P90.

other then that, I like the design.
and it is a nice idea to have both guns be the same gun.
Caseless ammunition appears to be the most plausable theory at this junction, given that even they require an ejection port for gas and gaff clearance
