How about translations?

Well, the main reason ZoS is so attractive is because it actually helps those who don't understand the subtler techniques of Sudoku. So how about making translations in other languages? I'm sure it won't take long to do, and I'm ready to help (I can translate into french) because I know some who might love this game, but will be turned down because they don't understand the hints at all.

    Thats a great Idea, not alot of words to translate. Mostly numbers <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />

Meh, i could translate it into german.

Though there seems not much to translate (I only played the demo, so i cannot really recall)

Anyway: My guess would be, that zos is currently all code and that they dont have a language-mask yet. So it might actually take some time, to extrapolate everything that needs translation, replace it with variables and then connect the two together via a mask.

Well there's not much to translate and the game is a number game, but the hints and tutorials do make this game stand out compared to a booklet bought in a shop, and someone might not understand what the hint is actually saying if he doesn't speak english.

There shoud be at most maybe a weekend's worth of work in translation to be done by someone particularily lazy so it could be done quickly: a little pulldown menu where you can choose the language can get the game distributed among casual gamers around the world.
