2 cents on the removed flash intro to Asero, from an Admin.

I like maintaining a nice playing environment. That's why Ase chose me to be one of the Admins when the original aERo servers shut down. I do votes regularly, gag trolls, and ban racist people.
My two cents on the whole flash intro controversy (which I didn't even know about until the last minute, I'm not a big forum guy so I had hardly ever visited the forums at the time) -
1) The flash intro was wrong and I'm glad it was removed.
2) Nobody in Asero is racist. If there is someone who is racist, I don't know them.
3) The intro was done in poor taste at any angle you skew it at..
4) ...especially since it was made without other Admins' or regulars' consent.
4) Apparently, other people agreed and it was consequently removed.
Lastly, I apologize on behalf of the Admins of Asero for hostility towards people who were outraged at the intro here at the UKW forums.

Oh, and I'd like to add that the NS community is special in that it is filled with proportionally more intelligent and respectful people than any other community I've been a part of. Let's try to keep it that way Asero, and likewise, UKW forum members - we should all be respectful of each other. Lastly, flash intros need to be respectful too <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />
