<div class="IPBDescription">But with an interesting twist like thing</div> <a href='http://dwog.net/index.php' target='_blank'>Dark Wars</a> is a game similar to others like Outwars in that you battle it out with your opponents, building and researching new technologies to weild.

But that is where the similarities end. Unlike previous games, this one has actuall strategy, teamwork, and clans to play with. Band with up to 4 friends and help your clan rise to the top. Beware though- the more powerful you become, the more you make yourself a target. Can you Base Defenses stand up to the strafing runs of the powerful A-10 Warthogs? Can your Battleships bring their guns to bear on the elite SAS?

No, this game does not have a "rewards" system for recruiting- I am actually one of the staff members, in charge of advertising and Public Relations. The link posted helps nobody in any way (except me in that I am doing my job <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' />) and is completely free.

I will warn you in advance- this game is SUPPORTED BY POPUPS AND POPUNDERS- any good ad blocker will work. Personally, I use Mozilla and the NoScript plugin, but FireFox and NoScript should work, along with any other browser coupled with the Google Toolbar, or any other half decent blocker program <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' />

I have to admit, it is a fun, albeit frustrating, game. It's kind of aggrivating to build up your forces, only to have an "ally" stab you in the back. But it is quite gratifying to team up with his foes and tear his army to the ground.

I am asking this remain unlocked and the link untouched as it does not in fact promote any one account in the game, and that I am telling where it leads. I posted one similar a while ago for Dark Age of Wythia, but now this is my official job for Dark Wars so *shrug* <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' />

i just took a moment to hop on their a browse the forums. i can pretty much say there is no way in hell i will play this game. i tried to find out what the heck it really was, see some screenshots or something, when i stumbled upon a post with this as a signature.

now what is even worse, is that this is a staff member. now even if the game is halfway decent, with a staff with people like that, i cant see the community being good enough to actually get any fun out of.

did you even read my post? i know its a signature, and i could care less if hes a control freak or anything. my beef is that the signature is bigger than Jesus's wang, and is more pointless than a tie for a guy with no neck.

Meh so what this look like another web rpg theres 1000's of them all very similar. <a href='http://www.topwebgames.com/default.asp' target='_blank'>see here</a> I mean web rpg's while they can be a good learning tool to make there a dime a dosen. What I have yet to see is a web turnbased strategy game, which is what I am working on making with an decient AI. But even then I doubt that I would be the only one and somewhere there already is one. So I would suggest you work on the game, give it some features that none other have that would bring people to play your game, but I will say your site looks pritty even though it has a halo guy on it.

Well, the site is undergoing some renovations ATM- the origional owners sold to a new group something like 3 years ago (before I was there) and the new guy is busy making the new version of the game with some supposedly "new" web browser based game stuff... *shrugs* haven't seen it yet though

Hmm... you might want to tell your fellow advertising guy to change his sig as it is scaring off potential players <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' />.
