In a game where you can pick up prostitutes, slit their throats and take their money, shoot police officers with an AK and blow their heads off, set people on fire, steal and blow up cars, visit strip clubs, hear people say "****" every other sentence, buy illegal weapons, do gangwars, steal things from the government and more, all of a sudden sex between two consentual adults is horrible and the game needs to be re-reviewed. Not to mention that this is from a mod, that you have to search on the Internet (which, surprise suprise, contains porn and horrible things that are MUCH worse than anything in GTA:SA) and install. And any parent who claims that sex should not be viewed by children, why the **** did you buy a 17+ game for your child in the first place? Obviously, the game is not to blame you vapid ****. Instead of finding a scapegoat for everything, why not, oh I don't know, RAISE YOUR CHILDREN.

Also, the hot coffee mod is ridiculous. It's stupid, and the models look like freaking scarecrows (with clothes on, even). flipping media making a big deal out of everything. Arrgh.

Exactly. I wish I could tattoo this to the front of the guy's head who made this decision so he could read it every morning in the mirror and realise how ridiculous he is.

No, 17+. Pretty stupid if you ask me. Meh, it's not like any stores other than Wal-Mart actually card people for games.

It's individual province-laws here for age of majority (I think it's 16 in Alberta!), and here in Ontario, it's 18+

It's individual province/state laws which define age of majority, not federal.

And if you, like many other people shopped at Wal-Mart, the US's largest retailer, period, not to mention the largest game retailer, it just might.

You know, seeing as how they don't carry AO games, and refuse to sell them and whatnot.

I think the whole...no AO games existing thing kind of prevents them from carrying them anyway (aside from GTA:SA, which now is). Let me break out the box here...

    San Andreas has:
    Blood and Gore
    Intense Violence
    Strong Language
    Strong Sexual Content; and
    Use of Drugs

...but suddenly adding [poorly modeled] "Nudity" throws it into AO. Throwing babies into a big pile and torching them with a flamethrower is okay - as long as the babies are clothed.

I'm pretty sure you could have sex with a **** and watch the car bounce around...this is different because you get to see poorly made 3d models actually making the stuff bounce? Even the idea of it is worse than the "OMG press X O Triangle X X to see Ada Wong naked in RE2!" type stuff (where they don't even have seperate FINGERS). You could go to somethingawful.com and find better porn then you'll ever see in GTA:SA.

Someone really needs to do this. I hate those sims.

The funny thing is, unless you download third party textures, there is no nudity... just dry humping.

Also interesting to note: God of War includes both nudity and a sex minigame, neither of which require the game code to be modified. BMX XXX Contained videos of real strippers. Both are rated M. Nope, politics have nothing to do with this, no sir!

Aha, IGN article has a shot of the 'mod' and its changes to the game (well, how the mini-game works, anyway) over here. BMX XXX, while a terrible game, had worse 'sexuality' aspects than that .

Great! They want to prevent modding!

I really hope they start rating all games that should be rated M AO. It would be awesome - a lot of my old friends here already sell illegal substances to children, now they could add one more! Imagine the profits for underground dealers! Now you can get GTA:SA alongside your Coors Light, you 14 year olds!

And that is why you will never be president. Sill would be funny though. I can see it now:

"Yo man, you wanna buy some pot?"

"Nah man, you got any *looks around* San Andreas?"
