    I just watched it. It had the plot development of a whole season of The Simpsons (dog, student body president, girlfriends, cheating on papers, obese family member), but the jokes of a quarter of an episode.

    one of the Family Guy episodes was fricking hilarious. it was the one where he got the scroll to go to the beer factory and he ran home and fell and like hurt his knee. i was laughing so hard cuz he sat there for like 5 minutes going " ahhhhhhh"

    Oh man, that episode ruled. Family Guy is back, and just as funny as ever! I love how Stewie and Brian had bigger parts, Brian is my favorite character. They are so funny together.

    EDIT: Shoebox, I saw that episode. Funny stuff.

    As far as American Dad goes, it just felt like Family Guy with different characters. Like Doom said, all very forced. It had some okay lines, but for the most part it was just dull. The new Family Guy episode was fairly good, though.
