[req]shoe Knife Replacement Model

Instead of a knife could somebody model a shoe to be swinging like smashing an alien? hahaha cause that's the way you feel when your down to your knife and the skulk is running like a roach all around you :-P

And maybe put a TSA logo on it just for atmosphere :-P
