Server Problem (precaching Resources..)

The problem: i have a server, or better, i'm the admin of a server given by a GSP.
I asked the "ServerMaster" to update the ns server to the 3,0 final, and he did it.
But now since the very first time i tried to enter the server i get stucked in the " precaching Resources" screen... and that happens to everyone trying to join the server..
I tried to restart it, to change the cfg, to change the map, but the problem is always there..
what can i do ?

I'm going to guess blindly and say that the server is crashing on player join. I'm going to venture another guess here and say you have AdminMod or AMX mod on the server. I'm going to guess again and say your metamod is out of date.
Do you have access to the server? Does the console show anything? The log?
