Autoexec.cfg And Userconfig.cfg WTH?!

  autoexec.cfg is executed automatically by the valve.rc file embeded in a GCF file.
  
  userconfig.cfg is executed automatically by the config.cfg file that the engine writes itself
  
  I prefer the userconfig.cfg because it is executed after the config.cfg(before Steam the autoexec.cfg was executed like two times before config.cfg and once afterwards, I beleive, that used to cause problems sometimes.)

  With steam, does it still exec before the main config?
