    omg, i had the coolest screenshot, but i hit the wrong button <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->. It was BFR's vs BFRS, i have never seen so many tracers fly past a doorway in my entire gaming career. I couldent see across to the other side of the doorway, thats how bad it was. These things take a serious beating and are so fun <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    If you dont have planetside now, i suggest you get it just for these BFR's

    But the price per month is what gets ya, but atleast they take care of the game. Plenty of updates like this one quite often. Only bad things are:

    1) VERY bad frames per second, looks like quake2 with high res textures. But quake2 runs better, even with those wide open fields <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    2) More noobs than counterstrike

    3) Lacks good physics, you will notice this when flying aircraft and how you cant 'roll left/right and pull up to turn sharper' <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Get a better graphics card. If you think it's a problem with the game your dead wrong. Lower the settings or something if it's really that bad for you.

    First time I played the game I was using a geforce 4 mx440 64mb and I would get like 10 fps walking around, with my 9800 pro (and I just ordered an x800 xt pe this week <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> ) I easily get real nice fps. (75 constant fps most of the time, FYI monitor's vsync rate is 75 max)

    My FPS were awesome, I'd get about constant 60, and it'd look real nice (with foliage and stuff)(on my Radeon 9200 AIW), but it'd skip all the God damned time, so I had to make it look like **** anyway.

    It's only twenty dollars for the game + expansion + a month subscription, and ten bucks after that... play for 5 months, and it's the cost of a retail game. If you still enjoy it then, it's probably worth ten bucks a month, wouldn't you say? That's an hour or two of work per month, max.

    Looks neat, but I don't think I'd play it enough to be worth it. Oh, and I know a guy who makes over $10/minute (over $1000/hour, but in CDN dollars). That... would rule. Just show up for work and drink a cup of coffee and you've already made more than most people make in a day. Ah how I hate lawyers.

    Well, yeah. Barring that. It's harder to get your money's worth when you have to split your time in half and pay twice as much.

    Screenies for all!

    Why my outfit rules (Battle marines of Chaos, TR Werner)

    <img src='http://img64.exs.cx/img64/5523/manyBFRs.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />

    VS BFR up-close and personal (the pilot sits in the chest cavity in case you're wondering). Note the right weapon has been destroyed.

    <img src='http://img64.exs.cx/img64/4112/VSBFRupcloseandpersonal.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />

    A wild vanu BFR caught in its natural state, being pwned by me.

    <img src='http://img64.exs.cx/img64/1580/blowedupVSBFR.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />

    BFRs are pretty idiot-proof; its near impossible to make one fall over. Unfortunately when something is made idiot-proof there will always be a better idiot.

    Sigh. The more I look at this, the more I want to get that combo pack. I suppose I'll just have to stop making so many snack runs to Pricechopper.
