    To say that evolution is a myth is pretty goofy. Microbiologists will show you how a virus can undergo a mutation, and completely alter how it works, in the case of Ebola especially. If they can evolve to adapt so that only the strong survives and the genes change, then it's silly to say it's impossible on a larger scale.

    A common ancestor, however, doubtful.

    I'm not going to argue in this, but there are several things in evolution that cannot be denied. One is the process of natural selection, which is demonstrated on a daily basis around us. However, as a God believing creationist, I completely reject the idea that given time, life can transform from tiny microbes into a complex human, or any other advanced lifeform. Things change, things adapt, but they dont move forward genetically, only ever backwards or side to side (ie ebola, golden staff)

    Yeah... I believe in evolutions/natural selection/adaptation.

    I could believe everyone evolved from monkeys... except me because I soooo evolved from cats or something =3

    The is a discussion forum. It is a place to discuss things. giving an answer of just 1, 2, or 3, is what is commonly refered to as a "poll". Furthermore, the subject is a violation of Addendum 1 to the Discussion Forum rules, which is convieniently available at the top of the forum. I'll quote Addendum 1 for the lazy:

    <!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin--> First Addendum:

    After too many bad experiences with them, we prohibit 'science vs. religion' debates. This extends to evolutionarism - creationism topics. The past threads dealing with such subjects left a lot of bad blood and showed that both sides are just hit too deeply in their believes to hold a truly productive discussion. From now on, we'd like to ask you to keep your topics on one side of the divide (for example a purely mundane discussion of homosexuality or a religious discussion of the same subject, but not both intermingled), and keep your arguments within such a thread either rational-scientifical or theological.

    Yeah, there is a reason you aren't allowed to start a poll.

    Locked under the rule set forth by Addendum 1.

    Regular members cannot start polls in any section of our forums. However, if you want to start a poll because you think you have a valid poll question (example: "boxers or briefs" is not a valid question) then you can PM any moderator or admin to have them set up the poll for you.
