Sprites For Maps

<div class="IPBDescription">Never done one...</div> Sprites for a map, i never done one, and there isnt any tuts i can find, so 4 any1 knows how, a small tut would be nice...

    If you mean for custom maps. you start a server with cheats on and type buildminimap in the console(I think that's the command) . Then you can decompile it and edit it if you want.

    Well not only mini maps, but sprites like advertisment, and "Join Marines/alines" The Bast logo...


    How are they added, and created...

    the bast logo is a model inserted by using cycler (map entity) it is in the models/ns_bast/ folder. the jointeam sprites are infact, textures of ns.wad, your better off getting help in the mapping help forum.

    Hmmm, thats all i wanted to know, thanks all, il have to reinstall wally, didnt want to... I thought they were sprites, because i joined a server i never went to, and it made me download logo23.spr and when i was in the RR it had a advertisment... I didnt download anything else but logo23.spr
